Follicular Study Show The Failure Of Growth In Follicles. What Treatment Is Recommended?
hello doc, pls find the reading of my follicular study , done after day 11 of LMP . Day 11 : RO --8mm, LO: 31x34mm complex hemorrhagic cyst , endo--7.2mm Day 13 : RO--8mm , LO --36X34hemorrhagic cyst , endo --7.9mm Day 15 : RO --8mm , LO--36x34 hemorrhagic cyst , endo----8mm So, the follicules are not growing in size. Pls let me know if ill be able to conceive and what line of treatment would you recomment. Im having PCOD and my 28 yrs old married female.

As your scan suggests - Hemorraghic cyst , you should wait for 1 or 2 cycles for the cyst to resolve naturally and completely
Sometimes we can suggest oral combined pills for 1 or 2 cycles which helps in resolving the cyst and at the same time your hormones can be well controlled with this medication
you can attempt after the cyst has disappeared and you should respond better with medications
