Dear Sudheendra,thanks for choosing health care magic.If the ecg was done for routine check up without having any problem you can ignore this considered it a technical thing.If he is having chest pain or other health related symptoms and his previous ecg was not having this he needs further evaluation and treatment for possible heart problem,other wise do not worry.
