What Treatment Is Recommended For Penile Suspensory Ligament Damage?

Its been about seven years since i was fooling around with myself (masturbating, 13yo) and i pulled down hard on my penis and heard a very loud pop. i just recently became sexually active (now 20yo) and my most recent partner has brought to my attention that it is rather flaccid at times when doing the deed. i remembered back to the pop and did some research and i believe the penile suspensory ligament has been damaged. can my Ligament be repaired through surgery after & years of ignorance and neglect? and would this be covered by cigna insurance?

The penile suspensory ligament damage should not go unnoticed since 7 years as the masturbation will reveal the same thing what happens in vaginal penetration. If you were able to masturbate normally during these course of years, I do not predict any penile suspensory ligament damage at all.

Rather it can be related to stress induced premature ejaculation in majority of the causes. It is best recommended to get penile Doppler ultrasound with or without an MRI of the penis for the final diagnosis and cure accordingly.
