What Treatment Is Recommended For This MRI Test Result For Lower Back?
Hi, Iam 33years old female and on my trip to Thailand had a very bad body massage that started giving me severe low backpain that got acute the next day and had to be hospitalised for 3 days. anMRI after a week revealed a serious disc Herniation on my L4 L5 area and surgery was suggested even though i did not have any pain, A sports therapist I saw few days later totally ignored the MRI report and advised only exercise. I am confused as to which one of the doctors to trust and which of their advice s I should follow. Please help..

U must consult spine surgeon or orthopedic surgeon or neurosurgeon for proper evaluation and further treatment. Use muscle relaxant nd pain killer lik tab voren 50mg twice daily after meal and tab. Tinazidine 4mg 1 tab at night fr 10 days. Also do physiotherapy
