What Treatment Is Recommended For This USG Report Of Liver?

What should be the treatment plan from a USG report that liver is mildly enlarged in size about 15 cms & shows homogeneous echotexture of parenchyma. No focal space occupying lession is seen. No imtrahepatic biliary radicle dilatation is seen. hepatic veins & IVC are seen normally.
And also gall bladder is distended, shows few immobile calculi measuring 10-14 mm in sizes embeded in sludge in dundal region & other impacted calculus of size 7 mm in neck region. walls are mildly thickened 5-6 mm. No pericholecystic fluid seen. Please suggest. I feel pain also please advise for the same.
