Hello and welcome to HCM,
The ultrasonography report suggests that there is formation of multiple follicles in bilateral ovaries.
In normal cycles the follicles develop and enlarge during proliferative phase and reaches maximum size on the 14th day of regular 28 day cycle.
On the 14th day of cycle, the largest follcile ruptures and releases mature ovum into the fallopian tubes.
In your case the follicles are developing in both ovaries, however, no follicle ruptures to release ovum.
The follicle is of normal size in left ovary, however, the follicle in right ovary is not enlarging.
Thus, there is arrest in development of foolicles and ovulation.
Ovulation can be detected on ultrasound of pelvis.

The endometrial thickness of 8mm is within normal range.

Chocolate cyst causes menstrual irregularities.
However, the cause of inability to conceive is due to inability to ovulate.
Consult, your gynecologist for relevant investigations to look for cause of absence of ovulation.

Thanks and take care
