Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello,

I think the test needs to be confirmed before jumping to conclusions. I suggest you see a doctor without delay as there are multiple causes in which TPHA can be positively called as false positive.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Ashok Kumar, Psychiatrist
