What Treatment Is Suggested For Bleeding In Nose Due To An External Injury?

Fell down yesterday evening on ice. Hit upper cheek and ear. Not concussed. Minor cut on cheekbone, bruised ear, bloody nose, and now black eye. I am concerned because impact was not to nose, and there was a lot of blood (from nose) about 30 minutes after the fall. Stopped bleeding last night. Woke up this morning and it was again bleeding; got up to grab a towel and urinate, and fainted. Came to, stopped the bleeding, went on for breakfast , and haven't had any nose bleeding since, though there's blood in my spit if I cough it up. I'm out of country and don't speak the language here. Kind of feel like I'm ok but I guess I was hoping to hear that someone else thinks so too. Sound like I just need to give it bother day or two and if the blood disappears than I'm good?

Hi.
The injury to the areas you mentioned should not cause nose-bleed.
In your case you really need to go for a CT / MRI immediately because the nose or ear blled can be an indication of an internal injury .
