What Treatment Is Suggested For Chronic Psoriasis?

I have chronic psoriasis, but very mild. 2010 I was treated for lymphoma cancer at the cecum. My oncologist told me that it was non-hodgekins, and my cancer has been in remission for three years. During these three years, the psoriasis has been explosive, it appears on all over my body, and it is itching very badly. I have seen four dermatologists, and it does not seem to have any positive outcome. I am searching for a better result. Thank you for your advise in advance. Peggie gendall

Hi.
As per your case history of psoriasis, my treatment advice is -
1. You need to take care especially in winter season.
2. Apply a potent steroid cream like clobetasaol cream twice daily on affected skin.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for itching.
4. Other treatment options are oral calcium, vitamin A and methotrexate given only after consulting a dermatologist.

Thanks.
