What Treatment Is Suggested For Headache And Fever Due To Indigestion?

hi,this is debu from kolkata,india,i have been suffering from unsatisfied stool from last 4 years.some times i feel headache due to indigetion and suddenly fever comes nearly 100.i took so many medicines,and now i have been taking unienzyme tablets once daily.plz tell me what to do now.
