What Treatment Is Suggested For Multiple Complex Osteophytes?
I had an MRI cervical spine and diagnosed with multilevel complex osteophytes, and cord contact at c5-6 level.
Told neurologist I been suffering with balance problems for a long time, along with neck pain, stiffness, shoulder pain and dropping things, and urinary urgency. Neurologist said go for PT, but, had all therapies with not much relief. Could you please help?

After going through your query I came to know that you are suffering cervical spondylosis.It is confirmed by MRI of spine,MRI also shows compression. Neck exercises, Diacerine, glucosamine sulfate, neurotropics such as methycobalamin and analgesics such as ibuprofen give relief.You are advised avoid pillow while sleeping or very thin pillow can be used. You may require surgical decompression if not relived by conservative methods.You can discuss with your Doctor about it. Hope your query get answered.
