Ms N 36 years single, irregular periods, having history of low fever 99.3 for 3 months with hot dry body reluctant to touch water, energy low. Blood report Hg: 11.8 RBC 3.93 mil/cmm PCV 38.3, MCV97.5, MCH 30, MCHC 30.8 Platlet 0.4 mil/cmm White Cell 9000/cumm Neutraphil: 57% Lymphocyte 35% Monocyte NIL Eosinophi: 8% ESR 65mm/hr What line of treatment is recommended

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it may not be the infection but it seems to be viral infection may be likely and here it may only needs antipyretic and hydration need to be treated else this is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
