I believe you are suffering chronically from anxiety; the recent episode was quite likely a
panic attack.
The hemorrhage you suffered 5 years ago may have resulted in some brain changes which contribute to your anxiety. There is no way to be certain, and it doesn't really matter. What matters is getting the anxiety and panic under control.
Obviously you have been excessive with your use of pot recently. Marijuana can assist in the control of anxiety, but, as with all things, moderation is key.
Often the dosage and effects of orally ingested pot (as in pot butter), are much greater than when it is smoked.
My suggestion is to be consistent with your use of pot, if you intend to continue using it, and avoid excessive amounts.
You should ask around for the name of a good therapist who can help you understand and control your anxiety and panic. This is essential. There are very effective techniques out there!
If you continue to lose weight unintentionally, discuss this with your physician.
