What Treatment Is Suggested For Slight Temperature,running Nose & Watery Eyes?

My daughter is 2.5year old and since yesterday she started with running nose and watery eyes. Later in the evening with slight temperature and the following day too the same symptoms. Medicated with 5 ml of calpol 120 mg four times in 24 hours. Found temp down but running nose, watery eyes and slightly cough continue for the second day.She weighs around 11kgs.

It seems that your child is having viral infection.
She requires some anti-allergic, decongestant syrup to give symptomatic relief from running nose and watery eyes.
Give her Wikoryl or Synerstat syrup for 2 days.
