Hello,

Surgery is usually opted for severe cases and in patients for whom all the non surgical treatment failed. You can also try steroid injection for long term pain relief. You can consult applolo hospital which is considered as the best for spine surgery.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family physician
