Hello, I was doing some carpenter work and I accidentally hit my hand on my finger nearest my thumb, just before the joint were the carpals and metacarpals joining my knuckles, it's a hard about the size of a pea, when you push against it feels almost spongy it does not hurt should I be concerned?
