What Treatment Is Suggested For Symptoms Of Bronchitis ?

Have 25 6-day old chicks for 4-H project. Got chilled last night (temp under light fell to 75 fahrenheit) for only a few hours. This morning the seem congested (not sneezing and no mucous coming out nasal cavities or eyes). They make a strange noise (not sneezing...kinda like bronchitis or coming from lungs) then the shake their head. About half of the flock has these symptoms. Any thoughts?
