Hi Doc. I am a chiropractor and I have a patient that has some subchondral cystic changes going on in her first carpal-metacarpal joint at the base of the dorsal aspect of the first metacarpal. With secondary subchondral edema and mild osteoarthritis. What are some other treatment options for this process. She is now chronic.
