What Treatment Should I Go As Facing Lever Enlarge Problem?

SIr, I m facing lever enlarge problem 16.5 according to altrasound report. And my doctor suggest me Ursodeoxycholic Acid (Ursodeoxycholic acid 300mg tablets) medicine. I m facing headache problem and negitive thinking comes in my mind. Please suggest me the Precautions.

Hello

Enlarged liver may be due to many causes like hepatitis,obesity,alcoholism,metabolic disorder,tumour etc.
I suspect you had elevated liver enzymes like SGPT,SGOT etc and this may be the reason for prescribing ursodeoxycholic acid.
Ursodeoxycholic acid tablet helps in regeneration of liver cells.
Enlarged liver may reverse with treatment of underlying disease.

Your current problem of headache is most likely not related to enlarged liver or ursodeoxycholic acid tablet.
Headache is commonly due to tension and you may take NSAIDs like paracetamol.
