You also have deviated nasal septum that is the partition inside your nose that divides it into two) is deviated to one side, leading to blocking on the narrowed side. This narrowing leads to mucous accumalation, and also back pressure, pushing excess mucous into the sinuses also. You should consult a good endoscopist ENT surgeon who will operate on the deviated septum to solve your problem. Meanwhile you can do inhalation with KARVOL or eucalyptus oil and instil plain saline nasal drops to keep the nostrils and sinuses clear and unclogged.
