What Treatment Should I Undergo For My Uterus So That I Can Conceive ?
Trying to conceive My husband I have been trying to conceive for quite a while but my uterus is completely flipped. I know that makes it a little bit more difficult to have a baby. I would just like to know what it is I can do what are your suggestions? thank you
Hi welcome to H.C.M.Forum. it appears that you are taking decissions & diagnosis by your self. there are so many factors for pregnancy in both partners.wife , her uterus & ovaries should be healthy, husband & his semen should be healthy, all this is to be decided by a gynacologist or a infertility clinic.so you first go to a infertility clinic & take advise. good luck. thank you.
Hello and welcome to Healthcare magic forum!
A flipped uterus is also called a "retroflexed uterus". Most of the time, a flipped uterus is developmental (means that it occured from the time you were in your mother's womb... you were born with it).A mobile flipped uterus does NOT cause infertility, abortion or backache.
There are a number of procedures to reposition your uterus if it is causing you any problem but otherwise it is not impossible to concieve just consult your gynaec doctor and ask if it si necessary for you to undergo the procedure to reposition your uterus.
also try doing knee chest excercises.
Knee and chest exercises not only help improve a tipping uterus, but can benefit related back pain, as well. The "knee-chest stretch" begins in an all-fours position on your hands and knees. Carefully lower your weight on your elbows and forearms using a pillow for support. Then, cradle your head with your forearms, keeping your hips up -- directly over your knees -- supported by your stomach muscles. it is recommended to stay in this position for five minutes. Another knee-chest exercise begins by lying on your back on a table or firm surface. Clasp your hands behind one thigh and pull it toward your chest -- keeping the opposite leg flat. Maintain this position for 30 seconds, switch legs and then repeat.
Hope this will help you.
wishing you good health!
