Since you have blockage of fallopian tubes it could be the probable cause for infertility in your case .You need to under go treatment so that you can have a child.Please consult your Gynaec/Infertility specialist regarding the treatment required.There is a surgical option which you don't want & also there is a chance of failure in it .Since there is no other option available so in your case it will be advisable to go for a IVF (In Vitro fertilization ) .
