hi welcome to hcm.see you don't mention your age first, then acne ,pimples is conman problem in puberty.and the question of unwanted hair it may because some hormonal problem so you have to go for blood test for thyroid or if you have irregular periods then also for FSH and LH .you also wash your face 4 to 5 times in day also take more green leafy veg and plenty of fluids avoid oily things.alternative medicine like homoeopathy which is best for skin problem so concern any good homoeopath till that take sarsa Q which is blood purifier take 20 drops in some water daily once a day.i hope i answered your query.don't be desperate.
