Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have persistent acne on face which occurs because of infection of bacteria when clogged pores gets filled with sebum ,dead skin and bacteria get infected. Hormonal changes, excessive exposure to sun is the other factor responsible for your condition. You should get your hormone levels monitored. You should apply sun screen Such as TAN CARE rich in SPF 26. Drink 8-9 glasses of water daily and add fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet. Apply azelaic acid containing cream twice a day. You should wash your face with mild soap and cold water twice a day , exfoliate your face once a week. If condition doesn't start getting better in a month then consult dermatologist . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics course .

Hope your concern has been resolved.
