General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it appears to be the boil, die to some prick, scratch, etc. It forms a collection pus inside. It may burst by it self.
Other wise it needs to be incised and drained, and dressed with a plug inserted into it to change the dressing periodically.
I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, ornidazole, serratiopeptidase, diclofenac, and paracetamol.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
