What Treatment To Be Taken For Clear Thick Discharge?

This morning I felt what I thought could be ovulating pains as it was on my left side ( not painful more pinching type sensation) anyway a few hours later I went to the toilet and when I wiped I had clear thick discharge with stringy bits of red blood.. I came of the depo shot in sept and had 1 period which was the start of march and nothin else since. What do u think it could be from? I did a OPK test whic came back negative
