Every time I urinate 300/350 ml and it has been 13-15 times daily. i am 26 years old male weighing 85 kg. Pls suggest me.
You are passing a minimum of 3900 ml urine per day as per your question above which means you are taking that much fluid by mouth. Your intake of fluids is too high and might account for the frequent urination. Reduce the fluids you drink to the minimum to make the urine colourless. Avoid coffee and tea as well as cocoa and fizzy drinks. If ACR being high worries you, you might want to see a nephrologist.
