Hello dear,
Your symptoms indicates HERPES ZOSTER,most likely. You might had chicken pox in the past. Now,this is caused by reactivation of the same virus. It can be treated with antivirals like acyclovir, along with analgesics.I usually give acyclovir and gabapentin to my patients.
Also, since you are having repeated attacks,we have to rule out any immune compromising conditions like uncontrolled diabetes/HIV/other chronic illnesses.
Meanwhile, take enough fruits and veges.Adequate vitamins, minerals, and anti oxidants will boost up your immune system.
I hope you will find this information useful.Thank you.
