What Treatment To Be Taken For The Pain The Rib Cage And Above Belly Button?

Hello, I am a 16 year old female weighing about 130 lbs. Lately I have felt the need to eat less and less just because I'm not hungry, however I have tried to at a normal amount because I know when I eat less I get bad pains. This morning I woke up with a pain, almost like I have been punched in the stomach or did a lot of situps. The pain is mostly a bit below my rib cage just above my belly button and radiates all around up and down and a bit to my back. I was just wondering if this was something to worry about and what it could possibly be just from you hearing the symptoms. I have taken anti acids and they have no helped. I have eaten and that has also not helped.
