What Treatment To Take For The Lingling In Legs?

I would often get tingling in my legs ,numbness in hands, arms, fingers, thighs.Heart thumping and trouble breathing at times.I ALWAYS feel confused .I have sharp pains in my butt.I always feel upset when i eat ,exp motion or to the smell of things.Serious fatigue.This one is serious forgetting Alot and feeling to sleep All the time.I doze off atleast 3 times a day and i dont hav the ability to keep myself awake!
