What Treatments Are Suggested After Analyzing CT Scan Report?

i recently had a ct scan of sinuses and brain. they found that i have a deviated septum, bone spur and Mucosal thickening bilaterally in ethmoid air cells in left sinus. i have been suffering from severe headaches and dizziness. what are the treatment suggestions?

The findings in your sinus may have nothing to do with your headaches, although sinus inflammation can contribute to some face / forehead pain.

I would go see a otolaryngologist (ENT).
