What Type Of Exercises Should My Son Do After A Spinal Cord Injury?

My son is 23 yrs old, has a c6 spinal chord injury and is paralyzed from lower chest down, does have feelin in arms and starting to move some fingers on right hand. does have feeling that comes and goes in legs. The chord was not severed but badly bruised, there is still some swelling there, also wondering what type of exercises to do at home with
