Hi,
to get rid of the stmoach problems-
-take small &frequent servingss of food (every3 hrs)
-include salads,fruits.vegetables. for fibers.
_take 10-12 glasses of water in a day.
-do regular yoga exercises
-Avoid spicy,oily, fast food -it is heavy to digest
-IF PAIN IS BEFORE FOOD- take 1/2 cup of freeze cold milk every hour.& take bland diet.
Digestive tonic like Vitazyme(2 spoons twice after food ) &antacid tabs like Gelusil (2 tabs to be sucked defore food.)will help.
hi welcome to HCM.its very common in pregnancy.treatment is simple,avoid taking heavy food at a time,take small quantity at each time,avoid spicy foods,avoid coffee and tea.dont lie down as soon as you eat food,go for light walk after food.if its not reduced then take tab omeprazole 20mg before food.
