General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, thank you for writing on Healthcare Magic.
I have gone through your query and understood your concerns.
These symptoms are indicating that there is compromised arterial blood supply to these areas. Risk factors that would favor this include diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, lipid disorders, age and smoking. You probably need to be screened for these conditions first. This would greatly help in managing the condition.
I hope I have answered your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us.
I wish you good health
