What Was The Lump On My Shoulder Causing Burning Sensation?

Hi I was training at the gym on Wednesday and felt some pain I then noticed a hard lump about 2 inches from my shoulder, it now has a constant dull ache & is a struggle to lift if I try to lift I get a burning sensation. I have been taking ibprofum but it hasn't eased any pain Amy idea wat this could be?
