What Was The Wart On The Tricep?

Hi! Doctor,I had what appeared to be a wart on my tricept. It was the scariest thing I d ever seen. It grew pretty rapidly and it had spikes growing out from the center of it. I pulled out a center spike and as I did that, a glob of some kind of tissue came out with that from the bottom. I felt nothing. I put Compound W on it and it went away, but I am putting tea tree oil on it still, to keep it from comming back. It was so scary looking that I could not even show it to my Doctor. I think it would have kept growing and growing. I m glad I stopped it soon enough! Have you heard of anything like this? It doesn t look like any wart I ve seen on the internet. Am I in danger? Is this the result of a strange disease? I am a 59 year- old, wooman and weigh 170 lbs. I have a history of a systemic yeast infection and food and chemical allergies.
