Hello,

Sex is beautiful, you don't need to reduce sexual feelings. It is good to know that your husband has no physical problems. You are suggested to discuss the problem with your husband, be open with him. Develop interpersonal communication so that you may know each others likes and dislikes. Psychological factors and mental disorders (depression, anxiety) influence sexual satisfaction. You can get clinically examined if you are in depression, you may need anti depressants.

You have not mentioned the age difference between you and your husband. If couple’s age gap is less than 10 years, sexual and marital satisfaction is greater. Better sexual satisfaction is reported in women with 5-6 years difference in age with their spouse. Working women are comparatively more sexually satisfied than house wives. You are suggested to keep busy and avoid sedentary lifestyle. Chronic diseases may affect sexual satisfaction. Get a general health check up done at the earliest and get treated.

Love and positive thoughts for each other make sexual life and activity more satisfying. Satisfaction in sexual relationship requires interpersonal communication skills, social skills and conflict resolution. You can consult a counselor. or a psychiatrist. Try to develop these skills. It will lead to higher self-esteem and self-confidence. Sexual intimacy leads to successful marriage. Try to win your spouse.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
