Hello, What would be the easiest & best way to treat Prostate Cancer., PSA---4.0 Gleason 4+3=7 Can Prostate Gland be Surgically removed as well i m not actve in Sex for some time. What Harm would it be to remove the Prostate & can a Men live without the Prostate Gland. Sorry I might not be greatly in Knowledge of the Proste Gland. That is why I m asking you .
