how do i safely gain weight previously loss as result of illness . approx 14lbs lost. I am now 123lbs. would like to be back at 130 or so, so that my clothes fit and i feel better about my size. i had uterine embolization and of course the tumors have decreased in size but i lost several pounds due to not eating after and lack of appetite for a week or more. i am now eating alot and snacking in between meals and drinking ensure/boost drinks. note: safely..not junk food. thanks in advance.

Follow these tips: 1.Try eating at every 3 hours ( so basically 4-5 meals ) a day 2.Have a high protein diet ( chicken, eggs, tuna, yoghurt etc) 3.Consume natural fruit juice rather than bottled juice 4.Sleep for 6-8 hours 5.Stay away from junk food 6.Stay hydrated 7.
