What Would Cause A Short,mere Minutes,tinglingling In The Right Arm

What would cause a short,mere minutes,tinglingling in the right arm and leg?It feels like a jolt to the funny bone.there is no regularity but has happened once today at 7 pm and a few times in the last few days.I have no loss of strength but the “ electrical” sensation runs from my neck to my entire hand and leaves a soreness at my elbow. It also affects my right leg..There is no loss of balance.I do not have any stroke symptoms.
