What Would Cause This Strange Discoloration Or Bruise ?
My 8 year old son woke up with what looks like speckled bruising below his bottom lip and on his chin. He had no trauma to the area, just went to sleep and woke this way. It looks as though he fell on concrete by the speckled look of it. What would cause this strange discoloration or bruise?

there is a possibilty of some ant bite or a mosquito bite leaving a reaction if its not present anywhere else & has no trauma to the site. apply coconut oil & leave it, if any more such lesions appear, he needs to be evaluated. take care.
