Hello,
Cirrhosis with occasional leg swelling and abdominal swelling ( Inspite you already being on treatment for reducing it) , then please consult your doctor to get few tests evaluated for liver as well as kidney and to rule out some infection if there is any, then according to the test reports your doctor can either increase the dose, maintain the dose, or change the drug. But having bleeding( like menstruation at 63) with mood swings , please kindly visit your gynecologist immediately and please get yourself evaluated.Hope I could help you.
Thank you.
