Whats An Alternative To Proxyvon ( Combination Of Paracetamol And D-prpoxyphene ) Available In India?

I am using Proxyvon ( combination of paracetamol and d-prpoxyphene napsylate) for severe head ache, muscular and pnurological pains since sevaral years. I stay in India and currently above brand name ( manufactured by M/s Wockhardt) is banned. Can you please suggest me a alternative- regards

hi,
you have not mentioned how frequently you have been using proxyvon. The type of drug used depends on the indication (the disease diagnosis).
However, for similar situations, i use a combination of tramadol and paracetamol (Eg:Ultracet) and generally attain good results. As these are opiates, the tendency to form addiction and abuse is high and hence are better used in consultation with a doctor.
