Whats Causing A Shot Of Blood Periods (vaginal) And Nose Bleed At The Same Time?
This week I'm having a shot of blood periods (vaginal) then last night had nose bleed and today around 2pm had again vaginal blood shots they all happen around the sametime each day but today also had nose bleed twice. What could be the problem? Was anaemic when pregnant but it went alright and gave birth naturally!

hi, thanks for using HCM.
Experiencing nose bleeds before and during menstruation is actually a common occurrence for some women. The disorder is called vicarious menstruation. This is due to the surging of hormones, such as estrogen, in the blood stream at the the onset of a menstrual period. Estrogen and other hormones can cause the blood vessels in the nose to flare and fill up with blood. This disorder is a rare occurrence, and only effects a handful of menstruating women. However, medical attention should be sought out if this problem becomes bothersome.
Hope this helps you.
Regards
