What's Causing Throat Pain Upon Laughing In A Sick Person W/o Cold/sinus?

My throat pain began yesterday morning when I woke up. I don't have a cold or sinus draining. I have not gotten sick with flu or virus. It only hurt when I laugh which is odd to me. Today I thought it was getting better until I started laughing while watching a funny movie. It got worse as the day went on only when I laugh. Now I'm feeling more than just pain it feels like a nerve pain threading frm my throat to my left lung. Got me a bit worried. Well is it anything I should worry abt? Never had this before.

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello

From your complaints it does not look very serious and i would advice you not to worry.
If however you develop fever, cough or pain while swallowing, i would like you to meet your ent doctor!
Thanks!
