Whats That Tissue Attaching Scrotum Be?

There seems to be a small piece of tissue inside my scrotum which seems to be attachted to my testicle. Just wondering if you know what that is? From what I can tell it appears to be very slightly darker in colour. I'm pretty sure it's not a hydrocele because I've seen pictures if those and it dosent seem anything like that.

Good day and thank you for being with healthcare magic!!!

It must be the veins that you are feeling. If it is enlarged then it is a condition we refer to as varicocoele.

I hope I have answered your question satisfactorily and please consider a 5 Star rating for my answer.
