Whats The Cause For Pale Green Discharge In Stool In Pregnant Woman?
I am 14 weeks pregnant and just noticed pale green discharge on my panty liner. I have no other symptoms of infection. I'm wondering if this is just from using my husband's harsh bar soap in shower or if its normal. I have had this appear once in awhile.
Hey thanks for your faith in the health care Magic I have gone through your question and I understood your problem. Pale green discharge into your stool is nothing but mucus. Mucus in stool during pregnancy is a normal condition, but excessive mucus in stool may be an alarming condition. There may be several reasons behind that, and here we discuss some of these reasons. Many a time it has been found that the excess body fluids are excreted along with stool in the form of mucus. However, if the condition persists and is accompanied by abdominal pain or bleeding, then it may mean that you are suffering from some underlying condition, and in such cases you need to get medical attention immediately. So I will suggest you to consult with your obstetrician and dont ignore. Thank you.
