Hello and welcome to HCM,
You have mentioned multiple problems and each one has to be tackled separately.
The presence of CIN 3 on Pap smear should be followed by cervical biopsy.
CIN 3 is a pre-neoplastic condition and biopsy is required to look for invasive carcinoma.
If carcinoma is detected, cervical cone biopsy or
hysterectomy may be required.
If no carcinoma is detected, a close follow up will be required.
You need to see a gynecologist for this.
Night sweats, loss of weight and tiredness are characteristically seen in
tuberculosis.
However, a definitive diagnosis can be made only after clinical assessment and relevant investigations.
You need to see a physician for these symptoms.
Itchiness can be seen in skin lesions like skin dryness, dermatitis,
fungal infection or metabolic disorder like elevated bilirubin, etc.
You need to see a physician for this.
Unexplained bruising on the leg can be due to platelet disorder or
connective tissue disorder.
Again you need to consult a physician for clinical assessment, relevant investigations and thus management.
Thanks and take care
