Wheezing, Sore Throat, High Grade Fever, Chills, Cold, Malaise, Vomiting. Taken Azithromycin. Treatment?
Hi I had wheezing two days before and the next day I developed sore throat which I couldn t even swallow my own saliva ... Then a high grade fever which is associated with chills..and cold ,cough, ... Malaise , loss of appetite, today I had 2 episodes of vomitting... Iam taking azithromycin .. And paracetamol cough syrup for 2 days fever relieves when I take antipyretics sitll I feel worse

You are most likely suffering from acute upper respiratory tract infection, which is most likely viral in origin.
You are getting wheeze due to viral bronchitis.
You should consult with internal medicine specialist/ ENT surgeon and should go for thorough check up.
You should take complete antibiotics course along with decongestants.
You should also take nebulization with bronchodilator therapy.
You should also perform gargle three times in day.
You should avoid yogurt, oily, sour and cold drinks.
