Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
You are most likely suffering from acute upper respiratory tract infection, which is most likely viral in origin.
You are getting wheeze due to viral bronchitis.
You should consult with internal medicine specialist/ ENT surgeon and should go for thorough check up.
You should take complete antibiotics course along with decongestants.
You should also take nebulization with bronchodilator therapy.
You should also perform gargle three times in day.
You should avoid yogurt, oily, sour and cold drinks.
Take care,
Dr. Mayank Bhargava
