When I Looked In The Mirror This Morning There Was

When I looked in the mirror this morning there was a bulging bubnle on my eyeball. It dudnt hurt and when I touched it, there swemed to be fluid inside and when I would blink there was a very slight amount of fluid coming out. What could this mean. I have been going 2 an eye Dr. For a couple of weeks trying to get new contat lenses. Should I go about this as well
